Ready NAS Duo - RND2000-100NAS cannot access Frontline

Question

I have an old Ready NAS Duo that cannot access Frontpage. Here is a screenshot from Raidar:

When I try the Admin page I get the following:

I am thinking of buying a new NAS but I'm having an issue with the music library and SONOS (library resides on the NAS) and I need to get some information from the NAS. Any suggestions would be helpful.

FWIW, Netgear has exited the NAS business, so you'd need to go with another vendor.

Length of time it's been like this is heard to estimate. &nbsp;I use the NAS only for music storage and have never had much need to access Frontpage. &nbsp;&nbsp;

What browser are you using?&nbsp; Did you get any error message accessing the admin page but were allowed to continue?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Using Safari and also tried Chrome. &nbsp;There was no error message received. &nbsp;That blank Frontpage screen loaded and then it stopped. &nbsp;None of the icon links worked.

A couple of things

You are running old firmware from 2012, not the final firmware (4.1.16).
Most new browsers (including Chrome and Safari) should be giving you an error.&nbsp; Both require TLS 1.2, and your NAS only supports TLS 1.0

The second change was made over two years ago (early 2022).

Your screenshot is puzzling - can you try browsing to http://192.168.1.34/admin&nbsp;and see if you get the same result?&nbsp; The /admin bit matters - don't leave it out.

What information are you needing to get from the NAS????
