Ready Nas RN31200 - no acces to ready nas, IP detected but no ping
Hello,
I have change my internet provider and I'm using a rooter from an internet box (call Bbox Bouygues Telecom).
I don't have anyme more acces to my Nas, I can see it on the network (IP adresse available) but i don't have access to it.
It seems I need to open some port from my rooter.
Do you have any idea for setting my rooter (port number / DHCP. Other information?)

Hi Mass,
If you are just locally accessing the ReadyNAS, you do not need to open ports.
Can you install RAIDar to see if it will be detected properly? Please compare the IP found on the RAIDar vs the one that you have.
