Ready NAS21400 Not functioning Correctly.

1.) I am having multiples issues when i log into the ready cloud it says my NAS is offline but it is not offline any suggestions.

2.) I cannot update the antivirus or formware receive a message of unknown error.

3.) In my log files i have this message Volume: System volume root's usage is 100%. This condition should not occur under normal conditions. Contact technical support.

 

ReadyNAS RN21400 Firmware V6.9.4

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Your OS partition is full. Options are:

    1. Do what it says, and contact paid support via my.netgear.com.  They can clean it remotely (for a fee).  Ask about per-incident support.
    2. Do a factory reset, rebuild the NAS, and then restore the files from a backup.
    3. If you have some linux skills you can clean it yourself using SSH or tech support mode.

    No matter what option you pick, you should make sure you have an up to date backup.
