Cannot register new netgear product . - Website functioning correctly ? ?

I have registered my account , but when trying to register my new product , JGS516pe the site , simply refreshes when you click register , and does not prompt any incorrect field , and does not email or notifiy/register a registered product . 

 

Can someone technical in Netgear please assit my query and check , registerations are working please?

  • Thanks , I logged a case , and online chat sorted this issue out. 

     

    Appears registration of new devices was glitched for a bit . 

     

    Should be working now for everyone now.

  • Yes, me too.

    I just tried to register my GS308 and the website said "Already Registered" !!

    I have the box + the amazon purchase date.

    Please advise.

      Create a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and keep a soft copy of the proof of purchase/invoice, the device label/box label ready for verification.

      Afraid, my previous post was probably to much "easy talking" as a user owning multiple Netgear devices.

       

      Indeed. at the initial account and product registration, an already "used" serial number does lead to a dead-end loop.

      Let's see what the NTGR people will answer now.
