ReadyCloud Account

Hallo.

 

I'm new in the community and also new to the Nas Storage system and I need your help.

 

I've created me Netgear account and registered the product.

I;m trying to connenct to the ReadyCLOUD page using my Netgear account. 

The Nas 104 is discovered, but when i'm trying to access it i get a message that says Divice Communication Error the ReadyCloud has lost communication with my storage system. When I clik the "Try Again" button i'm getting on a loop.

 

I suppose that I have do something wrong.

 

I also believe that i have not created a ReadyCloud account, since i'm login with the Netgear credentials.

 

Please help
