readycloud app not backing media

everything was working  just fine i did new update on iphone 6 and now my media wont backup on the  phone app i get uploading but it stays stuck and wont copy the photos

This might be happening on when the filenames include special characters.  Is that something you could check?

I already checked that, is not the case. I even thought that it was caused by a video but no matter the type of file I get the same result.
