Readycloud Client Synchronisation Offline?

Hi,

 

I keep getting a problem on the Readycloud Client which whenever I try to sync a share, I get 'Syncronization Offline'

 

I am using the Mac client, are there any log file? How can I troubleshoot?

    Do you have green marks for Internet and Services on the Cloud tab?

     

     

    Also, have you tried updating your ReadyCloud App?
