ReadyNAS 102 sending to 64.233.167.109
I have two ReadyNas 102's running 6.9.2 firmware.
My home LAN is setup to drop all traffic from and to the internet to be dropped.
According to my router’s logs, both 102's are continually attempting (every 15 seconds) to connect to 64.233.167.109 which I believe is a Google address.
Denied CONN= DST=64.233.167.109 LEN=60 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=63 ID=1397 DF PROTO=TCP SPT=57854 DPT=465 WINDOW=29200 RES=0x00 SYN URGP=0 MARK=0x12
On the ReadyNas I have disabled all the likely options that would send out to the internet including emails alerts, internet time etc.
It looks like the ReadyNas is sending something to Google or ANO which is hosted at Google.
Does anybody know what could be attempting to be sent or is there any not obvious configuration settings that I can set to stop this happening.
The volume of alerts on my router logs is overwhelming any other information in the logs.

Netgear does push hot-fixes that are installed silently on your NAS, though I didn't think they use google cloud servers for that.
If you intend to prevent all outbound internet traffic from the NAS, you could set a static address but deliberately use a non-existent gateway.
