ReadyNAS 104 Missing directory

Is there any specific log to check for a missing folder on my Ready NAS 104?  I don't recall when but this morning I went to look for a folder and no longer see it.  I've tried shutting down the NAS (shutdown gracefully via admin page, verify it is powered off, then powered back on) and also a reboot.  In both cases I don't see the folder.

Oddly enough I was on my PC, saw the network share for the Ready NAS 104, selected it, did a browse, and there was the folder!  I navigated a few directories, did a copy, and then found out I couldn't see them again.  Later tried to make the folder again and received an error.

I didn't delete the folder but somehow it is removed or not visible from the UI.  I tried to SSH but as soon as I connected up, was disconnected.  Something is odd.  Folder is about 34 GB in size, videos.  Nothing major but just wondering if I could find something if I download the logs or if there is a specific one in the list.  There are many and not sure which would give me the most information.

Latest firmware, 6.4.2.  I'm the fella who had the recent issue with overall space after last 6 TB drive was added.  Everything has been smooth but this minor issue.  Thanks for any information or hints.

  • I see the last successful mount on:

    Mar 22 14:40:26 shepherd rpc.mountd[4232]: authenticated mount request from 192.168.1.240:879 for /data/Fitness (/data/Fitness)

Then on the 23rd it isn't exported:

refused unmount request from 192.168.1.240 for /data/Fitness (/): not exported

Odd.  About the only change would be that I installed istat then removed it but wouldn't think that would be a issue.  Although after I uninstalled I see it still left a folder behind.

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig) and also mention the path to the missing folder in your email?

I didn't reply last night but I did send / upload the log files per the request.

        Thanks.
