Which WD20EARS (e.g. WD20EARS-00S8B1)?
Do you have a backup?
So you powered down the ReadyNAS, removed the 1TB disks and installed the three drives or did you replace one disk at a time?
If the former, try a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu)
