ReadyNas 1500 100% disk space used

We have a problem with readynas 1500. We had two raid 1 arrays, but now we need one raid 5. I removed two old arrays and try to build new, but have error "Error creating the filesystem". In frontview it looks like array exists, but 100% disk space used. After rebuildig ends, I have same picture. Factory did not helps
From ssh I don't see the filesystem
