Then if you connect all the drives to a PC, and boot that PC up with a linux Live boot disk, you can access the data.
You'll need to install mdadm and btrfs onto the linux system (if they are not preinstalled).

And especially since access to your data is so important, you clearly need to consider a backup plan once the NAS is replaced under warranty.
