ReadyNAS 2110
Hello,
I do not have the installation disks and when I go to download the utility there is no program to open it up. Can anyone help? I am running Windows 10 and haven't used the Nas device for 4 years. It switches on perfectly fine but I cannot locate the drivers on this site for it.
Thanks

There is no installation disk or drivers.
What utility are you trying to download?
Normally you manage the NAS by entering https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the actual NAS IP address)
One challenge with the older ReadyNAS is that they use SMB 1.0. Microsoft is deprecating that in Windows 10. However, you do need it to access the NAS. Go into "turn windows features on or off", and see if the SMB 1.0 client is enabled. If it's not, then enable it, and then try to browse to the NAS in file explorer (using \\nas-ip-address or \\nas-host-name in the file explorer address bar). You do need to be careful on the slash direction.

Hi,
When I type in the NAS IP address it times out. Do I need to enter the port details first? I tried searching for it via the explorer but nothing. The SMB is enabled. I was trying to download the RAIDar utility as according to the instruction manual you need that. I downloaded this: RAIDiator 4.2 (version 4.2.31) for Pro Pioneer / Pro Business / Pro 2 / Pro 4 / Pro 6 / NVX / Ultra 2 / Ultra 4 / Ultra 6 / Ultra 2 Plus / Ultra 4 Plus / Ultra 6 Plus / 1500 / 2100 / 3100 / 3200 / 4200 however it will not open up as I have no program to do so.
