Hello gufau,
Welcome to the community!
Sorry but the model number that you mentioned is confusing, please provide the exact model/part number or a link that refers to the product.
In case you are referring to RN200 (RN202 and RN204) this series is not compatible with expansion chassis that will allow you to add more volume and disks when all bays of the ReadyNAS unit are occupied. The expansion chassis is called EDA500 which is compatible with ReadyNAS 300, 500 and 700.
Please visit ReadyNAS Memory Compatibility List article for inquiry about memory upgrade.

Hello gufau,
Thanks for correcting the model. Only ReadyNAS 312, 314, 316, 516 and 716 are compatible with expansion chassis. As for the memory upgrade, please visit ReadyNAS Memory Compatibility List article for inquiry about memory upgrade. Some community members also share their experiences, perhaps wait for others to respond.

The memory cannot be upgraded in any of our ARM systems (including the RN2120 v2) as it is soldered on. The memory can be upgraded in the RN3138 (uses an Intel CPU) but 3rd party memory upgrades are not supported.
All our current ReadyNAS Units are compatible with Windows 10.
