I found these file system errors on the logs:

Otherwise, it will be best for you to backup your data, then restore the NAS from factory default.

ReadyNAS firmware is 6.10.2 and i have 4 Western Digital 4TB disk installed.
I've tried rebooting via webinterface, turning off and on but nothing has helped so far..
