ReadyNAS 312 CPU upgrade

Is it possible to install a faster CPU in ReadyNAS 312 CPU to allow 720p and 1080p transcoding in Plex?

Would the CPU from the 516 do the trick?

    Not possible. The 3xx series is soldered on Atom chip.
