ReadyNAS 316 system halt without error
Hello
I am suffering ReadyNAS 316 system halt ramdonly during these 5 years.
The HDD seems alive, but the LCD/touch panels are off and no repsponse when I press them.
I cannot acceess NAS during system halt.
It goes normal after power reboot. The system logs show no error always.
Firmware version: 6.10.5 Hotfix 1
Any comment?

The hardware warranty is 5 years. I suggest double-checking your purchase date ASAP, as if you are covered you should request an RMA right away. There are other possible causes, but something wrong with the chassis seems quite likely.
Another possibility is that an app is locking up all the system resources. Is Emby the only app you have installed?
How often does this happen?
