ReadyNAS 3200 and WD20EARS
Are there any plans to support the Western Digital Caviar Green WD20EARS 2TB drive in the ReadyNAS 3200?

- Of course not. Only enterprise disks are supported in the 12-bay rackmounts. Consumer disks like the WD20EARS would fail very quickly in the 3200 as the WD20EARS is not designed for RAID use.
Welcome to the forum! - just because a drive is not 'supported', does not mean that it can't be used.
of course, with the cost of a 3200 and the amount of data it can hold, I'd expect that you would want to have higher reliability drives than the EARS.
