ReadyNAS 3200: mix SATA-Versions?
Hello community We have had a ReadyNAS 3200 for 2 years now. Now the first HDD's are having errors so we're expecting a HDD-failure soon. Two years ago we equiped the NAS with 2GB SATA-II HDDs....

You can put in any 2TB disk from the compatibility list: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20686/
Yes you can use both SATA II and SATA III disks.
