ReadyNAS 4200 + 10GBe Option
I've been looking into the 10GBe option on the ReadyNAS 4200 to upgrade our HyperV system to a failover cluster. All I can find is that if you buy the 4200 with the 10GBe option you get 2x 10GBe CX...

What are the chances that Cisco twin-ax SFP+ cable (E.G., SFP-H10GB-CU3M) will work when plugged into a 4200 with SFP+ ports?
...or, differently...
What would Netgear reccomend/support as a method to connect a 4200 to a Cisco 4900M switch?
