ReadyNAS 422 doesn't recognize the newly gained external HDD

We have ReadyNAS 422 (4TB), Firmware 6.10.6 running great and are trying to connect the newly gained external drive (6TB) via USB port for Backup.  However ReadyNAS doesn't recognize the drive no mat...

What is the make and model of the external drive?  Have a Seagate Expansion 5 and a 8TB connected to my RN316 for backing up, and they work fine.
