ReadyNas 424 Booting...
I have a ReadyNas 424 that is stating "booting..." after powering off. I have read quite a few posts on this topic, I have tried to get into the boot menu thus far with no sucess. I have powered the unit off, held down the reset button, and the boot menu never showed up. I also do not see the unit on the network using the Raidar which I find odd. The drive configuration is 4, 3TB Seagate FireCuda drives, I am not sure of the raid level of the drives.

Welcome to the Community!
Did you had a recent firmware update? can you try doing a USB Recovery? If not kindly follow the steps on the this link.
Note that you may have to try a few USB drives doing this but this might help resolve the issue.
If you have tried for several times and still not getting a successful recovery and your NAS is under 5 years, it would be best to contact Support thru my.netgear.com and create a case since this might be a possible hardware concern and Support will be able to assist you on checking and get you a replacement.

Thanks for the reply I have now done the usb recovery and was able to get somewhere. It now states on the LCD " DEBUG: TELNET" followed by 192.168.0.34. I have tried to Telnet the unit using the creidentials "root" with a password of " password " and " netgear1 ". The passwords are not working, please let me know your thoughts.

In Telnet debug mode, the user name is root and password is infr8ntdebug.
