Dear sir,
Previously used only 8bays for HDD NOW ADDING 4HDD WE ARE INSERT HDD BUT NOT WORKING PROPERLY. so Please shortout the issue.

We'll need a lot more information than that.
- what firmware you are running?
- what RAID mode are you using?
- what drive models are you adding?
- whether the new drives are formated
- whether you tested them before insertion.

Also need a better description of "not working correctly". Do you see the drives in the GUI but they are not added to the volume, or don't see them at all? Is there a chance somebody purchased SAS drives instead of SATA? The 4312 looks like a common server, most of which accept SAS drives, and the slots in it will also accept SAS physically. But the 4312 does not contain a SAS controller, so they won't work.
