ReadyNAS 4360, 10G SFP+- Cannot access data - inactive volumes

Hi,
I'm in trouble.

My ReadyNAS had a problem  but Windows  won't read the data.

Logged into the NAS via the web interface,
ReadyNAS reports it is healthy, but the drives are all in Red.

    What was the original problem?

Capture the full log zip file, there will be details in there that are needed to figure out next steps.

It'd also be useful to identify the RAID modes you are using (how many volumes, etc).

If you can't figure out the what is going on in the log zip, you can send me a private message (PM) with a download link and I can take a look.  You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  Make sure the link permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.
