ReadyNAS 516 - Can no longer see my volumes

Hi Netgear Community

Hoping someone can assist me.

Recently we turned off our ReadyNAS 516 for a few weeks due to home renovations.

We have now reconnected the device and we no longer can see the Volumes we have created on the drive.

The unit took a while to reboot and the syncing process took over a day.

Im beside myself as we have a mountain of information that we dont want to lose.

Below are screenshots showing Diagnostics, RAIDar and the Admin Page.

Can you download the full log zip file from the logs page?  That will give you more information on what needs to be done.

      Hi Stephen

I have managed to download the log file but it really doesnt mean all that much to me. Could I send it to you somehow for you to decipher what the issue is and how to best to resolve it.

I have since done a disk check and rebooted the NAS along with turning on and off our WIFI router.

      Below are latest screenshots.

Sure.  Put the zip into cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc), and send me a private message (PM) with a link.  You can send the PM by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.  Make sure the link permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.
