Readynas 6 drive replacement issue- volumes inactive

Had a degraded drive, which I replaced (slot 2) per the Netgear provided guides.  Now I have an error stating "Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk # 1,3,4,5,6"

 

I don't see any of the data now

    Are you sure you swapped the correct drive?

      Yes, it is definitely the correct drive.  I found it so strange it went from degradated to dead immediately upon removal.

        Can you post mdstat.log (from the log zip file)?
