ReadyNAS Duo - No Boot

Have a 4 month old ReadyNas Duo RND2210 2G that after a power outage the unit only flashes the blue light, no access to unit and does not show up in RAIDar. If I remove disk 2 the blue light still just flashes but able to at least see unit in RAIDar but still no access. Get a 4 green light flash 3 short and one long, which I do not get with both drives in. Tried doing the OS reload procedure where I hold the reset button for the 5 seconds but still no luck. What can I do to get this unit working?

edit-I tried the OS reload procedure with both drives in an also only drive one...Still no go...
