I have 2 new disks just arrived for the 312. Problem is I am on holiday and staff on site are not IT savvy. If they download and use the software mentioned in the first reply and plug one of the drives from the Duo will they be able to access files in a read only manner for printing etc on a windows 7 PC. Then they can get on with work and I will be able to set up the new 312 when I get back next week.
