ReadyNAS DUO problems with WD

I found this in the dmesg.log:
EXT3-fs error (device dm-0): htree_dirblock_to_tree: bad entry in directory #24018978: rec_len is smaller than minimal - offset=0, inode=0, rec_len=0, name_len=0
Not really sure if it is hardware or simply file system problem.
Any ideas?
Should I reset the NAS all over again? Guess I have not any other option...
