ReadyNAS DUO problems with WD

I have backup for my data so its not a problem.
The factory reset did not solve the problem.
After a large amount of data has been copied to it; a sata reset is perfromed again.
Volume scan finds no problems.
I am beginning to wonder if the actual readynas has some kind of HW-problem.
