Sandshark did address it - the simple answer is no. Technically it can be done if you are using Linux, but not with Windows or MacOS. Which is why I focussed on fixing your problem with logging in.
What you can do is copy the files to a new drive. Based on your questions, you have no backup for the files, so that is something you need to do anyway. RAID-0 has no redundancy at all, so if either disk fails you will lose all your data.
