Not sure what you mean by this, as the Duo normally is connected via ethernet directly to your router.

One aspect here is that Duo only supports SMB 1, which I believe was deprecated by Apple in Catalina. So you will need to use AFP.
Can you access frontview via http://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real IP address of course)?
