Readynas Duo V1 (RND2000)
My ReadyNas Duo was working fine for at least 5 years until my little daughters have switched of the power source. From that moment the readynas has a not very quiet fan, seems like is always ad maximum speed and the access to network shares not always works sayng "local authority has internal incongruence" ora something like that. This morning I've turned on the unit and the Readynas web frondend was displaying the space used was 0% instead of 97% but the network shares was still showing all the files :? until they stop working like i said before. I've 2 HDD of 2TB each configured for RAID 1 (XRAID), to prevent damage or data loss in the mean time i'm trying to restore the NAS I've removed one of the disks so i can restore the array and have access to all my data mounting the disk in another DUO V1, am I wrong?
Ideas to restore the functionality of the NAS?
Bye

- Fritz_htAspirantI've done some step in the right direction, now after OS reinstall I'm able to access Media share and I can see and access to all my data, the only strange thing is I don't have anymore guest access to the share but I've to access using admin credentials.
I can't use FrontView, it appear as in the image:
with no styles and useless.
Any idea on how to solve this issue?
I thought OS reinstall should erase all my settings to factory default but my admin password is the old one and the IP is the fixed one supplied by the router not the default 192.168.168.168.
