Thanks but, I checked and on the bottom of my 'charcoal' device is written on a sticker : ReadyNAS Duo RND2000 v2
# serial : 2102917000414
So no , it's seems to really be a ReadyNas Duo V2 and the wd30efrx is really on the compatibility list for this device.
My problem is still here...
