ReadyNAS Duo v2 disks from v1
Will it be possible to use the HDs from my ReadyNAS Duo v1 in the new v2?

- Only if you backup your data first and delete partitions on the disks. Then the Duo v2 will wipe the disks and do a clean install.
Migrating the array across is not possible due to the different RAID format.
