ReadyNas NV+ data loss
If anybody can help, much appreciated. Had a call from customer saying NAS drive had died, has 2 x 1Tb drives in X-Raid. Ran RaidAr, to try and get access, would see the unit, but not the drives...
Just a quick update, if i put either of the 2 drives into either bay, in either NV+, i get a Bad Firware error when they try to boot.
Drives were also moved across when the unit was off.
New Nas boots fine with its 2 new drives, can i put the worker from the other nas into slot 3, and try and interogate??
If their is no way that will work, any names of good data recovery companies???
