Hi again,
I tired following the PSU removal instructions (attached) which I found on this forum and I am able to remove the side panels and the fan but for the life of me I cannot remove the PSU and chassis! I have removed all screws as per the instructions but the PSU chassis will not slide out - Can anyone advise if I am doing anytning obvious or there is an additional step I need to action?

Did you forget the screw under the tamper-proof seal? I have an NV+ V1 sitting right here with the supply removed, and the instructions cover everything.
BTW, the supply for a Pro4, Ultra4, or NVX will also work, though you can probably buy a used NV+ cheaper.
