Normally I'd expect ~20%, but this is not full enough to hang the NAS.
I think JennC is correct, a factory reset (after you complete the backup) is the best next step. Or buy a new NAS (under the theory that the NV+ hardware might be starting to fail).

I am glad that you bought a new NAS which is an RN102 as it shows into your profile.

I am tranfering my data right now. My old Nas has stopped a couple of times but a restart and a new copy command has completed the copy.

After everything is moved, perhaps try a factory default on the NV+. If it becomes stable again, you can use it to backup the RN102.
