The NV+ on your profile has a serial number in the range of the Service Action
Assuming this is the NV+ in question, you could contact support and refer to the Service Action. If they still have the PSU in stock they should replace it because of the Service Action.

Thanks Brian! I was able to contact support and they stil honor the warranty. Hope to get it back up online next week. The level of support from Netgear is super.
