I have exactly the same problem, in fact 3 issue's since i've had this NAS, support isn't good either. Its been a month since I contacted them about a MKV/DLNA issue, fix was provided to them, they haven't implemented it, the issue in this thread and no support for my 3TB WD My Book USB 3
