ReadyNAS NVX dead #24313303
Hi all,
I *think* the PSU on one of my three ReadyNAS is dead.
NVX model (ReadyNAS RNDX4000)
As with other posts I am wondering how I get a replacement for this, are there parts available through netgear, suggested suppliers or am I one of the lucky ones that may get a replacement PSU or unit. I have seen other posts suggesting my unit may have a 5 year warranty, so I am hopeful.
I contacted support yesterday but did not have my purchase receipt available and I can't seem to find "where" I am to upload the receipt to verify proof of purchase / date of purchase (3/21/2011) to receive warranty service. The one customer service person said if I did not have the proof of purchase, he would put down the date of manufacture for the warranty date (which was in 2010).
I was disconnected a few times from support on the live chat, but the last and most complete Case Number is 24312064
I just want to know how to get this back up and running again. Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum! - dorothy1AspirantThank you mdgm for your quick reply, I worked through the details and am awaiting a new unit.
In the meantime, I have a second NVX and would like to move the disks from the "no power" NVX into that unit to continue backups and if, by chance, the disks in the "no power" unit are somehow bad too, I would like to know that sooner so I can order replacement disks.
I believe both the "no power" NVX and the working NVX have the same rev level of firmware, but I am not 100% positive. Other than making sure I match disk position to disk position and that I don't mix the disks up between the two units is there anything else I need to worry about (other than the potentially mis-matched rev levels for firmware....)
Thanks !
