What is max memory (ddr3) size which i can install with one slot (rndp2000)?

RAM is cheap so I want to install 4GB. I know that 2GB will work, but what about 4 GB? Hi has anybody tried the following on Readynas Pro2 running OS6? Do you think that it will work?
