ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition (RNDP6610 ) - Power Supply Replacement
Just thought I would share with the community, I recently replaced the power supply in my ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition (RNDP6610) and located a drop in modular replacement that worked quite well.
I was able to use the:
Cooler Master V650 SFX Gold Full Modular, 650W, 80+ Gold Efficiency, ATX Bracket Included, Quiet FDB Fan, Semi-fanless Operation, SFX Form Factor, 10 Year Warranty (MPY-6501-SFHAGV-US)
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FBBQERG/
Dimensions 3.94 x 4.92 x 2.5 inches
It's pretty much a drop in replacement with a 10 year waranty.
The only items of note I would mention:
- You'll likely need a extension for the 24 Pin ATX cable.
- You may need to adjust the rear fan a bit due to the modular ATX cable location connection point on the power supply.
Other than that - seems to be working great. Hope that helps someone in need.

Thx for sharing. People do come here looking for PSU replacements, and it is helpful to have info on specific supplies that work.

650W, 80+ Gold is certainly overkill for a 6-bay NAS, but it's also bound to last forever and is likely a lot more quiet. I actually had a failure of a replacement Seasonic (when they were still available), so the added cost of a better supply might have been worth it vs. two replacements. The modular construction so you can remove unneeded cables is also nice.
Did it already have the three 4-pin Molex connectors, or did you need an adapter or splitter?
