ReadyNAS Pro OS6.10.3 Unresponsive until hard boot

Question

Since OS 6.10.3, my RNAS completely hangs up at irregular intervals, for example May 28, June4 and today June 20.

Holding the power button to shut down and then restart is the only fix. The logs show no error and there is nothing going on at the time of the hang ups that would take over 100% of the responsiveness. The disks are all OK.

Although my RNAS is an EOL model, I have kept it going with a new fan, cpu and added memory. These upgrades were done in 2016 and it has been completely reliable until recently.

Any ideas about the cause and possible solution?

It would be best if you can provide us through PM the full logs of the NAS. It might be possible that the OS Volume or Data volume is at a level where the performance is being degraded or other cause might be found.
