Do you happen to be using a newer Mac to connect by any chance? The Apple Silicon Macs will no longer run RAIDar... (for me anyway). It WILL run it if you have upgraded/transitioned from an Intel Mac, but if you do a "fresh" install on a Apple Silicon Mac RAIDar does not seem to run, the app "opens" but says "Searching" and never finds anything or fully opens and then times out saying it cannot find any ReadyNAS. YMMV but that's my experience
