ReadyNas RN104 Power Problems

I have a couple Readynas RN104's and they serve my needs.  One unit has recently decided to not power up.  I swapped power bricks between the two units I have and its not a defective power supply.

After some investigations I found that the stress produced of the power cable hanging from the poweer connector in the rear of the unit has probably causes some stress cracks in the solder on the main pcb on top of the readynas unit.

If I carefully lift up on the power cable & hold it up I can get the unit to power up, if I were to allow the cable to return to its normal position the unit will power off.

As thiese units are no longer under warranty or any type of service maintenance I would like to disassemble the problem unit and see if i can reflow the solder on the power connector mounted on the main pcb on the top of the unit.

Does anyone have any disassembly instructions for the RN104 before I start pulling screws?  I don't want to put undue stress on cables or pcb's during the process.

Jim
