ReadyNAS RN3138 Surveillance License - Error code:268435460
Hi, I've just installed ReadyNAS Surveillance on my RN3138, and when trying to activate the licence I receive the following Error Code after entering my S/N. Error code:268435460
Anyone any ideas on what to do? Google and NetGear pages dont offer much in the way of help.

Which firmware are you running?
Which version of the app do you have installed?

I have a RN3138 running FW 6.6.0 with RN Surveillance v 1.4.3-15 installed.
I am also running AV, Plex MS, SickRage (not running) and Transmission for RN.
Thanks - I also have NIC's configured in an active/backup pair with Eth1 as the primary and Eth0 as the backup.
Do you still have this problem on ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1?
Hi, Ive updated to ReadyNAS OS 6.6.1 and the issue persists.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Surveilance, but again, no joy.

You should enter license number and not S/N

Hi, rn3138 is Intel based NAS. It hasn't got single license, ARM based NAS has one. You should purchase license.
