Hi,
I have been trying to find logs, but there is nothing.
I also cannot SSH into the NV+ because I didn't install the SSH module (or enable SSH).
When I try to do that now (either load the SSH module, or any firmware), I just get en error that the image is invalid.
Any further ideas?
I do not know what support costs, or how (or if) you can help.
I'm wondering about purchasing another NV+ (or maybe a better one if that is possible). Could use the same disk array (disks in the same order) and access the existing data array on another NAS device from Netgear?
