Hi Antonio49,
I am not aware of any RND4000v3, doing some searches on the web; it shows that its a ReadyNAS NV+. Is this correct?

Yes, there are units labeled RND4000V3. Netgear was immensly short sighted when they chose the "V2" name when they already had units that we now must refer to as V1 that were labeled V2 and V3. Model 2, ++, a whole new moniker, anything other than V2 for both the NV+ and Duo would have stopped a lot of confusion.
That being said, do a search on "legacy power supplly" and you'll find a message from me on how to modify a standard Flex ATX supply to fit the RNDU4000. One caution not listed there because I did not know any existed and the thread is locked so i can't add anything, do not get a supply with two separate 12V busses.
