ReadyNAS Selection Question

Hello.  I am trying to select a NAS that supports creating VM's (Windows Server 2012) and off-site cloud provider backup (i.e. Carbonite, Google, Azure, Elephant).  Does ReadyNAS do either?  Windows server requirement is to restrict User access to files and folders plus VPN capabilities that don't require a IP-Sec client (use the VPN capabilities within Windows 10).

Do you mean using the NAS as a datastore with a server as the host, or to run VMs on a NAS itself?
